See what needs you next

Axis keeps attention attached to the project and session that owns it. Open the project, scan its Sessions and Plans, and follow Needs approval back to the exact conversation when an agent needs judgment, authority, a login, or another human action.

Start from the project that owns the decision

Section titled “Start from the project that owns the decision”

Use this flow when several sessions are moving at once and you need to answer three questions quickly:

  • What is active in this project?
  • What unfinished intent is still recorded in its Plans?
  • Which exact session cannot continue without me?

The real project overview keeps Sessions and Routines beside the project instructions that govern them.

This is a project-scoped work surface. It is not a separate global inbox that strips attention items away from their owning sessions.

  1. Less hunting. Session state and project Plans make unfinished work visible.
  2. Safer decisions. Needs approval opens the exact request, evidence, and authority boundary.
  3. Cleaner attention. Routine progress stays in the session instead of becoming another alert.
  1. Open the project that owns the outcome.
  2. Scan Sessions for active, waiting, and settled work.
  3. Check the shared Plan for unfinished or deferred intent.
  4. Open a Needs approval session and inspect the surrounding evidence.
  5. Answer or authorize only the exact action presented.

Axis does not promise one global Unified Inbox across every project. Attention is project- and session-owned. A settled result may still deserve review, but done is not the same as accepted. If no human decision blocks progress, the agent should keep working rather than manufacture an approval.

Put this to work: Follow one result from its project Session to the evidence that needs you.
